The Mighty Mountains – 3x landings – Earnslaw, Lochnagar + The Remarkables

The Mighty Mountains has such a diverse range of landscapes it really is wonderful. We start by heading to the jaw-
dropping Earnslaw Burn, a glacial-carved valley with raging waterfalls and an overhanging glacier. From there, we

fly over a couple of beautiful valleys to the very special Lochnagar, where we can either land at the Twin Beach or
the vintage hiking hut. For our final spot, we head up high to The Remarkables for an incredible, elevated landing
overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the very mountains we’ve just been exploring!
We recommend this adventure between late September – March, when Earnslaw Burn isn’t frozen and the
waterfalls are running properly.
