Vanguard Peak, Queenstown – Mountain Weddings

Vanguard Peak is a brilliant spot for those that love views of mountains and valleys and more mountains. It’s tucked in behind Coronet Peak as we fly up and over the Skippers Canyon, so it is also sheltered from our prevailing wind. The highest landing spot is just over 5,000ft, so there is plenty of soft snow to jump around in and have an epic snowball fight during the winter months. Vanguard Peak also makes for a gorgeous second landing en route back from many locations, such as Coromandel Peak, Earnslaw Burn, Isobel Glacier or Lochnagar, for some epic mountain adventures and photos.
