Lookout Hill, Queenstown – Mountain Weddings

Lookout Hill is part of West Wanaka Station and is a location exclusive to one of our helicopter operators. With an epic, precarious cliff edge and views out across Lake Wanaka and the Matukituki River to Coromandel Peak, it is a pretty special spot. The iconic edge isn’t for the faint hearted – though we don’t get you standing too close anyway! It is an ideal landing spot for the adventurer seeking a short trip into the mountains. Lookout Hill is also great when paired up with another nearby spot such as Fog Peak or Isobel Glacier, which would make for a cool adventure to two very different mountainous locations.
