Jacks Retreat, Queenstown – Intimate Mountain Weddings

Jacks Retreat can also be hired for larger weddings, utilising the architecturally-designed main house rather than the Studio. Here, we would have your ceremony on the beautifully manicured lawn with uninterrupted views looking right out onto the lake. For your dinner/reception, catering teams, furniture and all your requirements can be brought on-site to create your intimate gathering. Using the stunning Annex space with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the mountains in both directions, it makes for a stunning dinner setting. There is ample space for outdoor entertainment in the afternoon sun, plus as before, a myriad of stunning locations for ground photos.

Note: On request, you can also host an intimate dinner reception at the Retreat. 

For a mountain adventure, we would recommend a location such as Cecil Peak, Earnslaw Burn, Lake Erskine, Lochnagar or Mt Crichton.

We can also help organise additional details, like extra appointments for hair and makeup, beautiful ceremony flowers and acoustic music for your walk down the aisle.
