Coromandel Peak, Wanaka – Mountain Weddings

Coromandel Peak is our most popular location (aka Mt Roy). For good reason – it offers incredible “lake and mountain” views all year round. It sits a bit lower down at 4,000ft, so even on rough weather days it remains quite sheltered. We also love pairing it with a second landing, to capture some more diversity with rocky mountains and valleys, or a snow landing. Many of our couples choose to fly in the evening to savour the golden light and watch the sun go down.

We can also fly here from Queenstown, which makes for a beautiful scenic flight across the southern alps. If you have booked accommodation in Queenstown, this is the most suitable option.
